2024 She Leads Georgia Honorees

For 2024 SHE LEADS GEORGIA, women of faith have accepted the honor and encouragement to continue lives of “servant leadership” in their diverse assignments. Our Bible standard for this occasion can be found in Esther 4:14 and Matthew 28:16-20. They are all listed below as leaders who honor of THE GREAT COMMISSION.

Esther 4:14: “For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”

The Great Commission

Matthew 28:16 – “Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. 17 And when they saw him they worshiped him, but some doubted. 18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

She’s a former member of the NRSC; in 2003 served on a national steering committee headed by Texas Senator, Kay Bailey Hutchinson. Katie is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Atlanta, she has served in many leadership and volunteer roles. She holds a B.A. in Communication with an emphasis in broadcast journalism from Fort Hays State University.
